Jeffrey Donovan
Co-Founder & president
Jeffrey Donovan works with governments and high-stakes industries to turn complex ambition into deployable reality — integrating narrative, capital, institutions, and public confidence before constraints become binding. Drawing on a decade at the International Atomic Energy Agency and a global career spanning journalism, diplomacy, and energy markets, he brings rare perspective on how major projects advance or stall in contested political and social environments.
